These terms apply to all Users of the Platform regardless of their method of access.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the Platform.
nex77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. See Clause 13 for further details on amendments.
Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
nex77 reserves the right to decline registration or to close any Account that does not, in nex77's reasonable assessment, satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible Account shall be void and forfeited.
To access real-money gaming features on the Platform, you must complete the registration process at the nex77 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You must not impersonate any other person or provide false information at registration.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are considered a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nex77 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility. You must notify nex77 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
nex77 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request and may also trigger KYC checks at any other time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. You must provide copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of ownership of any payment method used, and such other documentation as nex77 may reasonably request. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by nex77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or the temporary restriction of your Account.
nex77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in IDR. nex77 does not accept payments in foreign currencies; any deposits attempted in a currency other than IDR will be rejected.
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically credited to your nex77 Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the relevant network. nex77 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nex77 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to the completion of KYC verification (see Clause 4.4) and the absence of any pending wagering requirements (see Clause 6). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. nex77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier interface and are subject to change at nex77's discretion with reasonable notice. Where a transaction falls below the minimum threshold, it will be declined at the point of submission.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. nex77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 50.000 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, deducted automatically until the balance reaches zero or activity resumes. Account Holders will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by nex77 are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types — including, but not limited to, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live baccarat with a bet on ties, and certain low-margin sportsbook markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Full details of game contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the Platform.
nex77 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has exploited, abused, or attempted to circumvent the terms of any promotion. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional mechanics.
Bonus Funds not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion's terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without compensation. It is the Account Holder's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
All games available on the nex77 Platform are supplied by internationally licensed and independently audited studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of provably fair crash games, by a publicly verifiable cryptographic algorithm. nex77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
All sportsbook wagers, including pre-match bets, in-play bets, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. nex77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were published in error, where the underlying event has been abandoned or postponed, or where nex77 determines that the integrity of the market has been compromised.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or server error during a game round or wager, nex77's system logs shall constitute the primary record for the purpose of resolving the outcome of any affected round or bet. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, any stake placed in that round will be returned to your Account. nex77 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected stake.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the nex77 Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and may result in referral to the relevant authorities:
All Intellectual Property on the Platform — including the nex77 name and logo, website design and layout, software, source code, graphical elements, game interfaces, written content, and any other materials accessible through the Platform — is the exclusive property of nex77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other right or licence is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Intellectual Property on the Platform without the prior written consent of nex77.
nex77's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
nex77 may be required to disclose Account information, transaction records, or other personal data in response to a valid legal order, court order, or regulatory request. In such circumstances, nex77 will comply with its legal obligations without prior notice to the Account Holder where notice is prohibited by law or would compromise the purpose of the disclosure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nex77 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.
nex77's total aggregate liability to any single Account Holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed an amount equal to the total net deposits (deposits less withdrawals) made by that Account Holder during the 30-calendar-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude nex77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
nex77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors or viruses, or that any particular game, betting market, or feature will be continuously available. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party network issues may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting nex77 customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be resolved; if outstanding, the Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
nex77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where nex77 reasonably suspects or determines that: the Account Holder has engaged in Prohibited Conduct; the Account Holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria; the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users; or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination of an Account for Prohibited Conduct, any balance held in that Account (including both real-money and Bonus Funds) shall be forfeited. Upon termination for any other reason, real-money balances will be returned in accordance with Clause 12.1.
nex77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account Holders via the email address registered to their Account no less than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, or as soon as practicable where an amendment is required immediately by law or regulatory directive.
The amended Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1 before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. The parties agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved through nex77's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules, conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents nex77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any actual or threatened breach of these Terms & Conditions, including in relation to Prohibited Conduct, misappropriation of Intellectual Property, or fraud.
